Just type in your E-mail dialog box: your E-mail address or click on our E-mail info@rugonsale.com, and select (copy and past) code of any rug  or describe Your desired design, color, style and size (length and width in Cm, Inch or Feet) then click send.

We will E-mail you info/pictures of your selected rugs or described one. If we don't have your desired rugs, we will refer you to right place near you for free, there is no obligation and no purchase necessary.

HOW TO: BUY, PAY FOR and RECEIVE YOUR ORDER:

Purchasing Rug from "Rug on sale" is easy as 1 - 2 - 3.

1 - Click on our E-mail addresses, either one: info@rugonsale.com or sale@rugonsale.com, located at the bottom of rug picture that you are looking for. A "New Message" window will open, showing our E-mail address in text box TO:.

2 - On the Subject: box, type your inquiry and on the text box type Name and Code number of rug or rugs if you select more then one rug. You can copy and past Name and Code number of rugs to avoid any mistake. You can also type your question or comment in text box.

3 - Click on Send button, located on the top left corner of New Message window.

Congratulation: you've done successfully and we will send you more pictures with information in detail on the rug or rugs you are looking for, to improve your knowledge.

Delivery time is 4 days to 6 days depending your geographical location and we will be in touch with you till you receive your order. Your satisfaction is guarantied.

EXCHANGE< STORE CREDIT & RETURN POLICY:

All purchase are final. There is an exception on purchasing Area Rugs. If Design, Stile, Size, Color oe Conbination of Color doesn't fit your area, you may during 3 Days request for exchange or store credit. Returned Rugs for exchange within 3 days should be in good condition and user satisfaction standard with no damage, in the same package and necessary documents. Return items should be shipped with the same carrier that you have had received.
